Costco Platform Pricing

Quote-Based Setup for High-Volume Grocery Service Providers

The Costco Platform is designed for businesses with a physical location and the operational capacity to handle bulk orders. Whether you're offering in-store pickup, delivery, or split-item shopping, Guest Groceries builds your system around your model—not the other way around.

Setup & Platform Access

Costco Platform Setup

  • Pricing is provided after an initial phone consultation, based on your desired features, pricing strategy, and fulfillment model.

Monthly Platform Access

  • Guest Groceries manages the store structure and product database. Operators do not have direct access to the database or product catalog. Pricing can be configured in one of two ways:

  • In-store pricing model (live pricing pulled from Costco)

  • Custom pricing model (required for split-item shopping and advanced markup strategies)

Commission Fee

  • The commission rate will vary based on your operational setup (e.g., hub, single store pickup, or higher-activity locations). A tiered commission structure will be provided to you after the initial consultation.

Consultation Process

  • To begin, submit the contact form. After your form is reviewed, we’ll schedule a phone consultation to discuss your setup and provide a customized quote, including the appropriate commission tier.

Split-Item Shopping (Optional)

  • Available to operators with a physical location. Requires a custom pricing structure and additional setup.

    • All platform access and pricing configurations are managed by Guest Groceries to ensure a seamless, scalable solution tailored to your business model.
