How It Works:

Temporary exclusivity can be granted for a specific geographic area (e.g., Park City, Tahoe Basin, or similar) while you're actively pursuing setup.
A modest holding fee or good faith deposit may be required to lock in the territory and show your intent to proceed.
The exclusivity period typically lasts 60–90 days, with options to extend if progress is demonstrated.

What It Protects You From:

We won’t offer the same area to another party while your exclusivity is in effect.
You’ll have priority rights to establish the official Guest Groceries presence in that area.
